Results are guaranteed, and the engagement fee is transferable to another search within one year in the event that the position is filled by means other than through ROI's efforts.

ENGAGED AND DEDICATED SEARCH

Some searches can be filled by conventional contingent companies, but as the client you need to realize their limitations. Contingent recruiters work with no financial commitments from the employer, but they also have no contracted responsibility to give the search any priority. They play a numbers game, and are not only in competition for job board candidates but with each other. This leads to redundancy and lesser quality candidates referred with little screening and preparation, to as many companies as possible. Many recruiters do not specialize and thus their specific knowledge is limited, and their system is hit and miss.  Utilizing job boards extensively, if a decent candidate appears they'll submit them. The fact is that the traditional contingent recruiter just can't represent your company like a retained recruiter. But most retained search firms demand large sums of money up front, bill additional expenses, and invoice the entire fee even if they don't fill the search.  

Engaged search offers the benefits of retained search without the expensive financial commitment, and my clients have found it to be the most time- and cost-effective option. We visit your facilities and learn your business. Your search takes precedent over any contingent searches, and you get first option on the best candidates. Most recruiters work 12-20 job orders, we typically work 3 engaged searches at any given time. Since our candidates will be often surfaced through direct recruiting, you'll be speaking with the top talent who are currently working and not downsized or malcontent. They are a different breed and become suspicious when they get called by more than one recruiter, and tend to be more receptive when they discover that a firm has been engaged for their search. These exceptional candidates are called often by recruiters, but they seldom respond. At ROI, we know how to attract these quality individuals and bring them to your company.

PERSONAL ATTENTION

So how do we differ and how does it benefit you?  By giving your search requirements the utmost priority and dedication, with a personal touch, we're able to effectively and efficiently solve your recruitment issues. While working with an engaged recruiter, your involvement will be less extensive and more focused, and you'll be able to concentrate on your company duties during the process. You'll be given constant updates on the search status, via email and phone. We personally visit your facility, meet with those who will be involved with process, and create an agreed upon search work plan. If desired, a specific interview plan will be crafted, complete with behavioral based interview questions. Tentative interview dates and a time line will be established. 

Our second phase follows the implementation of the search work plan. My internal candidate base will be analyzed, a direct recruiting plan initiated, and my established network confidentially contacted. Any appropriate advertisements will be posted at this time at ROI's expense. After the screening process a short list of candidates will be presented. Interviews are then performed (ROI can be present if desired) and a final and backup candidate identified. Critical to our success will be the offer and negotiation stage, and our experience in this area can be a valuable asset in securing an acceptance. We understand the process and the subtleties, and can mitigate potential issues like counteroffers and "buyer's remorse" before they become a liability. Our services never end, as we keep in contact with the candidate and the client periodically to ensure a smooth transition and long term success.

We are not an employment agency and we do not send resumes of unqualified candidates or those we have not spoken with directly. FEE AGREEMENTS AND GUARANTEES

Fee Agreements

ROI's contingent fee schedule is based at 30-35% of the estimated first year annualized income of the successful candidate, which is determined by the client company and Recruitment Options International. The estimate is not to include rapid reviews, bonuses etc. potentially as the first year's realized earnings, but does include base salary plus a reasonable estimation of commission, and is based on fair market value and past earnings history. All fees are due within ten calendar days of employee's start date.

ROI's engaged fee schedule is based at 25% of the estimated first year annualized income of the successful candidate, which is determined by the client company and Recruitment Options International. The estimate is not to include rapid reviews, bonuses etc. potentially as the first year's realized earnings, but does include base salary plus a reasonable estimation of commission, and is based on fair market value and past earnings history. One third (1/3) of the estimated fee is due to engage the search, and remaining payment is due within ten days of the employee's start date.

Guarantees

ROI and Ted "Ford" Fouriezos as Principal Recruiter, guarantees an intense search for a suitable candidate, whose qualifications will be reviewed for approval before an interview is arranged. All employees secured through ROI are unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from start date on all contingent fee agreements. Should the employee leave or be terminated for any reason within 30 days, the candidate will be replaced at no charge.

All engaged fee agreements offer an unconditional guarantee for 90 days from start date. If the employee leaves or is terminated for any reason within the first 30 days of employment, the candidate will be replaced at no charge or 2/3 of the fee will be reimbursed. If separation occurs within 31-90 days of the start date, ROI will replace the candidate free of charge. This guarantee will only be honored if the all fees are collected within the first ten days of the new candidate's employment.
