Under Features, list all the positions you’ve held in chronological order, emphasizing the duties and responsibilities.
Below Accomplishments, list what you accomplished and how you achieved those results. Be quantitative and use numbers and percentages.
In the Benefits
section, clearly relate how your features and accomplishments will benefit the
client.
Remember to question yourself and go past the traditional features. Did you implement any new programs, were there any savings realized by your actions, were you asked to aid the company in any side projects? Did you train anyone? Critique your FAB sheet prior to submission, and include all of the talents that would be applicable. This document can be used as a format for your interview preparation, and also may be given as a marketing tool to your prospective employers or recruiters.
