Welcome to a new year full of promise and excitement. Recent job indexes are up, new employment is rising, and companies are optimistic about their hiring needs. Many of my clients report excellent sales last year and are looking forward to continuing the positive trends. Early indications are for slow but steady growth through the next 12 months.

I'm currently serving on the board of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services, and I’m involved this year in promoting the Executive Search industry statewide and nationally. Since he began his career in 1988 with Management Recruiters International, Ted "Ford" Fouriezos CPC, CSAM has been recognized nationally for sales productivity, has been quoted internationally in top industry publications, and has been a requested keynote speaker and trainer. After achieving Pacesetter Status with MRI in his first full year, he was awarded the CSAM designation after completion of a national industry exam in the minimum time possible. Ted switched specialties and after five successful years in Physician recruitment joined The Judge Group. In his first full year he became the national sales production leader and a Certified Personnel Consultant. Ted progressed to Associate Vice President of Recruitment for the Consumer Goods and Store Decor/Fixtures/POP division. He is now a Director with the Georgia Association of Personnel Services, a member of the GAPS Million Dollar Club and enjoys spending time with his family in the North Georgia mountains and in his second home in Ontario, Canada. Ted’s academic achievements include Dean’s List and graduation with honors, election as Charter President of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Fraternity, an Associates of Arts from Santa Fe Community College and a B.S. from University of Colorado (to be conferred in 2006). A former Intern to the President of the United States and later Assistant Director of Scheduling and Correspondence to Jimmy Carter, Ted’s life experiences have allowed him to fill hundreds of critical hiring needs for his varied client base, and his win/win philosophy has benefited clients and candidates for years.
